HOW THE MB PLATINUM CONTRACTING TEAM WORKS
We hold a discovery meeting to learn about you and what you’re looking for. We work with you to determine a budget that fits for both the lot and the home itself. We can work with you if you already have land picked out or we can help choose the perfect location. Our professional team also works with you to combine design with the vision for your home.
Once all specifications are decided, we create a contract to finalize the details. We then ensure the necessary steps are taken to get the mortgage approved. Also, we work on a draw basis with a predetermined amount collected at each stage of the build.
After the mortgage is approved, we accept your deposit and secure a building permit. Once the permit is finalized, we start building your home. A few on-site meetings then take place to ensure the project is going according to plan. Building starts from the basement up, and then we focus on the interior of the home. After interior design is finished, you meet with the builder to choose final furnishings.
